Disappointing
There was no breakfast.No cups no glasses and no coffee or tea.The shower however was very hot and all told the hotel was better than most of the reviews but very basic.

Right next to the British museum which was perfect for us and close to the theatre
Quite dirty in the room,the chair had food crumbs all over it,no tv remote and shower looked disgusting

OK for a short stay in a convenient location, shortcomings in facilities compensated by good staff.
Room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable, shower fine. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful which compensated with the issues mentioned below.
Property is generally down at heel and in need of refurbishment. Key difficult to insert in lock, heat difficult to control, no tea making facility in room. Seemed expensive for what was provided but probably not by London standards.
